What is a Good replacement Cell Phone for a Cybershot?

For work related reasons I need to take pictures sometimes in low light conditions. Therefore a Flash is critical. I've had my current phone for over 3 years and it is about to die (battery no longer holds charges, flash does nto work anymore, etc etc) I need to replace my current Phone which is a Sony ericsson Cybershot C905, the main reason that I use this phone is for the quality of the camera and the fact that it has a real photography flash. when answering this question please take into account that my main requirements for the cell phone are. 1.- Picture Quality 2.- Photo Flash (Preferrably xenon, not only LED) Why not an Iphone? Picture Quality is not super good and for work related reasons I ned to take pictures in low light conditions requiring flash. and for Music and gaming I already carry an Ipod touch. Why not carry a camera? becasue I already have three gadgets to carry the nextel radio (work), ipod for music and My personal cell phone/camera. One more gadget and I will need a Batman utility belt.
