Why is my stomach gurgling?

My dog's stomach is making "crunchy" "gurgling" noises and he threw up today. What's wrong?

  • Earlier today, my dog threw up four times. The second and fourth times he threw up, he did so right after the first and third times. He threw up some and then right after, he threw up just a little bit. So he didn't throw up four whole times, but technically he did. And now his stomach is making really noisy "gurgling" sounds and they are persistant. Also, his energy seems to be just a tad bit on the low side. I really hope this is nothing serious, but our neighbor was talking about how her dog died and it was throwing up too. So, I'm naturally worried for my dog. I'm also a hypochondriac and I've been googling things like parvo and all that scary stuff. Can anybody tell me what could be causing the gurgling sounds and vomiting? Thanks so much.

It could be parvo if he didn't have his shots yet :O but it could be just a stomach problem which my dog had at 3 months where all he did was sleep and throw up white byle but he got better with some human medicine the vet told me to give him
