I would look into a prepaid service. Net10 offers unlimited talk, text and web for $50 per month. You can buy phones from around $10 upto $180. Net10 uses major providers to provide service for their phones. If you buy a phone with a C after the model name and number your phone will run on Verizon. If you buy a phone with a G after the model name and number your phone will run on AT&T or T-Mobile towers. If you buy a Android phone your phone will run on Sprint towers.
