How to do a minimal install using Bower?

How do you install Windows on a Mac using Boot Camp? And do I need to install Windows using Boot Camp?

I know how to get it started, when the installation gets to the part where the mac restarts for the first time, my mac doesn't start up correctly.When the Mac starts up from being restarted, it shows a black screen saying "Booting from Boot Camp assistant created USB Drive... failed to load BOOTMGR" And the installation guide doesn't even make sense to me so that doesn't help. I have a Flash Drive and blank disks. Is this all I need to install windows? PLEASE HELP!!!
