What can I do to make my hand stop hurting?

Calf muscle 'popped' earlier - hurts! What can I do to make it stop?

  • Earlier on, about midday I woke up from a nap with a mild cramp in my leg. I moved it, and it felt as if though my calf muscle 'popped' and moved, like it dislocated? This made me literally scream in pain, it felt like someone was ripping my leg off. I had a big bulge of muscle or something sticking out the left hand side of the back of my calf so braved it and kind of massaged but pushed it back in to place which hurt tons more but worked. It's been killing me ever since, I'm finding it hard to walk because the pressure makes it feel like it's going to explode and it aches whilst resting. I don't know what happened to it? I just want it to stop hurting now! How can I get it to stop? It feels like it's going to pop out again if I stand on it :( I'm heavily pregnant also so can't take any strong painkillers, nor have I been able to do anything particularly physical to cause it to do this... Anyone have any idea what's going on and how I can make it stop hurting so much?

Sounds like a complication from an old injure. Fixing everything wrong is the only way to stop the generation of pain signals. http://jamesb.hubpages.com/hub/Speed-healing-of-trauma-injuries-through-self-directed-regeneration

it is probably a strained or partially torn calf. I would go see a specialist and skip the emergency room. Stay off it until then because the more you walk on it the longer it will take to heal. For the best answers, search on this site https://smarturl.im/aDREH
