Any good ways of getting PC games (like through Steam) without credit card or moneypak? What do you recommend?

• I know there's no prepaid solution but Steam is being used as an example of a service to buy PC games from, I have accounts on mostly every service like Steam for PC. Is there any service where I can buy games easily without getting a moneypak card or using a credit card? Like should I use Games for Windows-Live and pay using Microsoft Points? Also I heard that you can buy digital copies of PC games from Gamestop (they sell them through Impulse or something), can you tell me about that? What do you recommend?
