Do you enjoy your job?

  • I was just wondering do you enjoy your jobs? Do all jobs have to be miserable and is that part of life? I ask my friend do they enjoy their job and they said yes. For some reason I can't find jobs i enjoy, I work a veteran home and not enjoying but if i quite my parents just judge me. Even they should realize I'm 23 and need to run my own life. I want to work with animals but all the position are full. So back to question do you enjoy your job?

    Well, i'm working at Dunkin Donuts.. i don't really enjoy it.. in fact, i wish i could quit. But i'm saving up for college so i have to suck it up.. don't worry you'll find a great job soon.. that you will enjoy.

I do not enjoy my job. I work at Macy's as a manager. It's very stressful and it feels wrong to cave into the corporate will, but it gives my family health insurance and it's the highest paying job I've ever had. I feel like even though it is very stressful and exhausting, I do have a healthy work/life balance. I see my peers work OT and take their work home. I refuse to do it. I leave on time and come in on time. But when I am at work I do my best and that's all I can do.

I hated the job I held from 1991 to 2001. But I really loved my 2001 to 2010 job. My 2010 to present job is pretty good too. I currently design electronic equipment for musicians. Most top acts in the world use my gear. I talk to the owner of the company almost every day. My reserved parking spot is the second one from his. So I can say I enjoy it.
