How do i heal a grade 2 pulled hamstring muscle?

    a grade 2 pulled hamstring is a partial tear but without further strain and with proper therapy and or treatment they usually heal up nicely without surgery or other aids (bandages, braces etc..) If you are able to sleep with it propped up on a sofa cushion or similar that would be the most crucial thing to do. I would recommend a warm bath at least 2 times but preferably 3 times a day in Epson salt. After it has dried off maybe rub some icy hot or something on it. In my experience ice sucks but if you want to do that it can't hurt. Take Aleve for pain.
