Xbox Live: If id have a PC version of GTA IV, would I still be able to unlock achievements on Xbox version?

I have GTA IV for PC and have unlocked some achievements of it... Now im going to get GTA IV for XBOX because my PC isnt so good and ive only played GTA IV lowest and worst graphs... So can i unlock achievements on Xbox after unlocking some on PC version. In my achievements it says GTA IV PC and about 400 points unlocked...

If the game is both a Games for Windows and Xbox 360 game, they each have their own separate achievements. If you were using the same Xbox Live account on the PC version as you will on the 360 version, both games will be listed on your achievement list.

If you play a game on Windows Live and have a Xbox live account your points will get added to your Xbox live account. So I dont see a problem with doing what you are describing. I am 90 % sure it will work out.
