Why can't I create a screen name?

I cant get a YouTube screen name?

  • hello guys i need some help with making a youtube account. everything change and i don't know if i am doing something wrong. i guess you know now you have to sine up with google+ so i did that twice i made a google+ first in order to have a you tube account but the thing is i cant get a screen name on youtube it just goes bye the name on google+. and when i want to sine in youtube it always says error because i don't have a screen name so i have to sine in google+ first to be on youtube witch i hate. i cant find my channel on youtube because i have no screen name and its getting me mad. well youtube change and i would like some one to help me out on how to get a YouTube account with a screen name . pleas no negative comments.

    first, sign in to google+ and go on youtube with your new account go to the youtube settings http://www.youtube.com/account_manage under "channel settings", there is an option "Rename channel with channel URL and hide the Google Profile information associated with it." after you set a username you should be able to sign into youtube with it, as well as your gmail address
