Is it okay if my hermit crabs sand is damp?

I keep my crab's sand moist enough to build sandcastles and he's going on six or seven years old. And it's supposed to smell like dirt. :) It sounds like her crab's environment is perfect. Humid and damp. That's how crabs like it.

you should keep it pretty dry most of the time, but they will be fine if it is damp. It happens. You ill b fine nothing will go wrong if you keep them safe n feed them properly
