How to fix videora ipod converter problem?

as you can see on the topic, i'm having issues on converting videos and putting into itunes. i searched everywhere but i couldn't find the right problem. if you are the one who uses the videora ipod converter please help me. so this is the problem that occurs every time: it starts converting until it reaches the 99% and then it says that it had failed to convert. BY the way i'm using the 6.0 version (the latest version)
