What is the best and safest way to NATURALLY tan?

What is the best/safest way to get a fast tan?

  • I'm one of those people who is naturally pale, and its almost impossible to get a tan. I've tried just about everything. (except fake tan or going to a tanning booth. I really don't want to do either of those) I would like to get a nice, natural, tan. Not too much darker but a little color. But I also burn very easily. Do you know any ways I can get a tan quickly without getting too much of a sunburn??

  • Answer:

There are a lot of good self-tanning lotions out there... jergens has a good one.. you apply it daily and it gradually gives you a nice glow. in like 3 days you notice it then in a week you're darker.. its good especially because it doesn't leave you ORANGE and it's hard to have streaks with this since its a gradual tan... i like it... i'm very fair skinned.. so i started using the fair to medium skin one..once you hit the darker tone just switch to the medium to dark..depending on how tan you wanted to be...but there are a lot of other good ones that wont leave you streaky and orange!! there are like overnight tan ones but you need to be careful. Always read directions on the bottles. Hope you find a good one!!

Well hello my pale skin twin! I have tried pretty much everything, but like you I burn. My best suggestion is to use a lotion with a light bronzer in it. There are quite a few that you can pick up for less than ten bucks at just about any drug store. The reason why I like these is because you won't end up looking like the newest cast member of Jersey Shore, you get some color without burning, and its UV free.

like she said some lotion of that sort or a spray tan
