How can I install ".deb" file for mobile user?

I Can't able to install .msi files in my computer,why?

  • Please friends read this carefully i need your help. My OS is 7 Ultimate,while i install msi package 1st in the comp. it is installed smoothly,after some time when i install VIPRE AV(Version 5) it got installed 1st,but secondly when i again uninstall that and re install another version 4 it don't say any thing and roll back it action,i thought that msi package was damaged but when i install ESET SS it also did the same(Roll Back). I think my installer is damaged somehow,i may add here that my installer could install another msi after installing ESET,how could that? And i also tested ESET and VIPRE in another and those are running well.Please help how i can install them.I have also latest version of .NET . And also say any program who acts as windows installer.
