What to expect at a T-Mobile job interview?

If this happened to you in an interview would you expect be offered the job or called back for a 2nd interview?

• i interviewed for an IT job that i am very interested in on Thursday... after speaking with the main guy in charge for about 15 minutes, he called in the head of IT to join in the interview. after about another 20 minutes, the main guy told me to wait in the lobby for a minute and then he would call me back in. after about 5 minutes, the main guy came out into the lobby and said, "well, we're not going to hire you on the spot. we are going to interview some more people and we might call you in for a second interview." ...at first, i figured this was a great sign. it seemed like they were interested in hiring me on the spot, but maybe they didn't want to cancel interview that they had already set up.. so i figured they would just finish out their interviews, then call me back in and offer me the job. but, it has been almost a week since the interview and i haven't heard back from them. what would you make of this situation?
