  • I'm organising a little get-together with my friends called 'Eastefest 2012' because I love to celebrate any and all holidays, especially the big ones, and I just wanted to know of any yummy Easter recipes I could make? :P It'll be during the day so it will mainly be snacks and maybe a lunch if you know a good one. :) I'm catering for a group of teenage boys mainly, 1 or 2 other girls. 15-16 years old. I'd say I'm an intermediate/experienced cook? And I adore baking, especially desserts. I'm great at desserts. :P So any yummy recipes you know? :)

Do you have a panini maker or sandwich press? These are always a hit. In the past I have made healthy "pressed" sandwiches which I cut into triangles as finger food. They are easy to make and delicious. Some Combinations: Multigrain bread, gruyere cheese, cucumber, thinly sliced turkey breast light mayo. Multigrain bread, light pepperoni, a little sauerkraut and swiss cheese. good luck!

I would make a coconut cake with cream cheese icing flavor. Coconut cake just feels right for Easter.If some of your guest don't like coconut then make 1/2 with and the other 1/2 without.
