Are candy wrappers recyclable?

How can I get companies to send me their unusable candy wrappers?

• I just asked this question but my "add additional details" button isn't working, so I'll just add them here. So, I make different things from candy wrappers but buying my own is costly. I was wondering how I can go about getting companies to send me their unusable wrappers. Someone on the other question commented and said they won't because they would fear that I'd repackage their candies. To me, this seems like a very likely thing for them to think. Is there anyway around this? I'm obviously not going to do this and I'd love to be able to prove that. Does anyone know of any sure way I can go about them sending me some?
