Facebook Password HELP!?

Right, i am logged in on my Facebook. I am just automatically logged in constantly, but i don't know my password. I've forgot it! like i would send a e-mail to my account but i can't access that either and it won't let me change my email on Facebook without the password! ANY solutions? preferably not downloading/buying anything! thankyou in advance! :)

Thats the only way to reset your password by email when nt click to 'forgot password' facebook ask you to enter email and send a link to your email. Good luck!
