How do i upload a video with songs on youtube legally?

  • Sorry for keep asking, but I made a Youtube account and I'm going to post lyrics video based on christian songs such as Blessed Be Your Name. I made one yesterday on that song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6dI6YU2Pv8&feature=plcp&context=C439c774VDvjVQa1PpcFPw0irfyBOVMnwKqh3Xpsv3smGdUlK_HfA%3D) but it says that the video contains EMI and it wont show the video to other people. then in order to make it legal it tells me to select a song from youtube library and replace my original video's audio with that song i selected from the library. But they dont have the right version for my lyrics video. how do i make it legal? or how do i buy the songs into my youtube library so i could upload it? is there a free way to download it? how? please help, thanks
