Why is there bumps on my tongue/throat?

Why are there bumps on the inside of my thighs?

  • Alright, I was always wondering this. My mom told me just to exfoliate the inside of my thighs and use lotion after I shaved but it doesn't seem to help much. All down the inside of my thighs, from right near my genitals to the back of my thighs and around to the inside, about 4 inches from my knee, I have bumps. The ones near my genitals are the worst, being large and hard. I have quite a few of those, and when they pop (they rarely do) they sometimes create a large crater. They have been there forever and don't move, though sometimes they'll shrink or grow in size. The skin here is also very dark and I have a few small stretch marks. I've had these bumps for several years, though they were very small and manageable until about 3 years ago, when I miscarried and gained about 60 lbs out of depression. They didn't hurt so I didn't think they were that bad, but I recently lost almost all of the weight I had gained and I noticed they were pretty gross. The bumps down the sides of my thighs are smaller and I pull ingrown hairs from them almost daily.(My hair grows really fast.) The ones on the backs of my thighs are very small but I can't reach them. I'm not dirty at all. I bathe 2 times a day, a shower when I get ready for work, and I take a bath at night before I go to bed. I scrub my skin with a loofah, not hard, but just enough to exfoliate and remove dead skin. I'm overweight by about 15 lbs now, but I'm not huge, and my thighs rub together when I walk. I thought that might have something to do with it. My questions are... Why do I have these? What are they? And How can I get rid of them, or at least keep them from getting bad? Nothing seems to be working, please help! I know I can't reverse

  • Answer:

Definitely start dry brushing! After having kids, gaining weight and losing 99 pounds. I had stretch marks all over. I'm pretty sure I purchased more than $1,000 worth of skin cream :-( So I can tell you nothing works. I purchased generic items to expensive items from my homeland. I was considering a tummy tuck surgery for the excess skin that I had but for the stretch marks I was at a lost. I found information on a technique and it worked wonders for my skin. It's called Dry Brushing. I started a new website for women who are constantly seeking new ways to eliminate or minimize saggy, loose, or stretched marked skin I started my site to spread awareness because after dry brusing for about year and half, eating good, using coconut oil, and organic soap, my skin has become so amazing. My stretch marks are not completely gone but they have become very thin and nearly invisble. All you need is a dry brush, soap, and coconut oil and your set. Everyone's results vary. A lot of people have said that there stretch marks have become so fine they are near invisible. For Dry Brushing Techniques and Product info http://www.tightenthatskin.com/p/dry-brushing.html

sounds like several things. Though I am not a doctor but do recommend you see one about this issue I will try to give some helpful advise. Possibly it is a combination of staph infection and ingrown hairs coupled with chaffing. I would recommend you shave only to your knees for about 2 weeks to a month to allow the hair on your thighs to grow out and stop growing into your skin. Secondly, I would recommend when you shower every day you use a liquid soap called Hibiclense. This is a surgical scrub that kills most types of bacteria including staph. You can find it in the first-aid section in any store or pharmacy. Third, the chaffing my be helped with gold bond powder. I recommend you see a doctor about it and follow his advise. You may need antibiotics if it is a staph infection.

I have the same problem :( but i found that using an all natural exfoliate will help, only shave when you need to (like when going swimming). this will keep the irritation down, and exfoliating will help (but it may take some time) I hope this works for you too!
