There was a way to get the older version of Yahoo Maps - the new version is horrible.?

The older version of yahoo maps was awesome - great detail, and no fluff. Substance over style. The address was map.yahoo.com. Now, when that address is typed in, it reverts to the new version. All of my addresses in the old version did not transfer to the new version under my account. Really sucks. And I hate the new version, and how it lacks being user-friendly. Any updates on how to get back to the older version? Thanks!
