Do you need internet for a green screen?

Blue Screen of Death & Internet browser keeps being redirected. Suggestions, Help, ANYTHING? Need to fix asap?

  • I have an HP Pavilion g4-1125dx Notebook PC. About 2 weeks ago i noticed a blue screen appear when I would use my lapop after being on standby which would lead to the whole laptop restarting. ** http://i43.tinypic.com/1j402t.jpg (this is my blue screen)** It started to appear again the last couple of days and it's getting very irritating. I've even restored it twice 2 a restore point from earlier this month. Google is my homepage and once you go on it, it gets reaaally slow the logo doesn't even load. If you search for something it will take so long to show results and if you open links in a couple tabs, some will redirect to different pages or some will simply be blank white and say"404 Not Found." I've noticed on tabs when they are loading different things appear such as "ninjaa.info" "envoyne.info" or even "alphabirdnetwork.info"? I've looked up what the ninjaa one is and I found this "Ninjaa.info is classifed as a browser hijacker targeting google and other search engine search results and redirecting user to infected pages." This makes sense, but how do I remove it and get rid of it for good? I've been looking around for possible solutions and I've heard about uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers but my laptop did not come with any discs. I've also ran WhoCrashed and this is the analysis.. Yeah that's the typical behavior of a redirect virus. If left unchecked, it can cause a complete failure of your computer. Use combofix from www.bleepingcomputers.com. It's a very powerful tool that should be used with caution. I've had this issue arise many times with customers in the past and combofix generally fixed the issue.
