How to talk to a Probation officer??????? I Tried to make it short.?

  • Ok long story short, Had a A dwi back in 2010, judge says probation for 3 years and have an interlock device in my car, went to all the stupid classes and passed them all. have to drive only a car with a device in it.. So I apperantly violated it once for drinking n the machine didnt work, but found out it was the machine, got out of that, but then the recent situation is I drove my parents car to a sparcs class, cuz my car had problems and I coudlnt miss another class or id get introuble, I heard in ddp class that i can for emergencys and for classes, so i was like ok, but they found and igot introuble n they through me n jail, got out with a grand bail and 5 grand bond. so Now everyone is saying I have to do everything they say so when I wont go back to jail on the 18th for my hearing. so What IM ASKING IS, How am I saposed to talk to a po officer when i hate them n what not, should i be nice, act pissed, or sad or what ??? also I have to open up more at spracs class infront ofeveryone. N i know I'm not an addict, my parents know im not and all my friends but i have to pretend, so what shouls i do or say anyone help... please.... :o((((

    I can see that your attitude has a lot to do with the issues you are having. You created this 'monster' by driving drunk. There is NO ONE ELSE to blame except you. Sounds like you have some big personal issues..... Good luck

for you to be mad at the PO for all of your idiocy is the stupidest thing I've heard all day. The person's job is to make sure you are aware of what the court has ordered you to do so your sorry, whiney little bratty butt can stay out of jail. You don't want to follow the conditions of your release? That's perfectly OK. You have that right. But the consequence--which YOU created, cry baby--is returning to court and then on to jail. You had the choice to color inside the lines and do your three years. You chose not to. You can rationalize any screwed-up decisions any way you want, but it comes down to your choice. Maybe mommy and daddy can spend thousands on an attorney to go into court and make more excuses for you. Meanwhile, sooner or later you're going to have to take a hard look at your immature choices and decide if this is going to be the path you take for your entire life. Sounds like your parents really dropped the ball on you.
