When you are uploading a video to youtube for the first time, it will say how much you can upload. Mine was something MB. Anyway, there is a link says need more? click to upgrade and then confirm your account with your mobile phone there. Once you've give your mobile phone, they will send you a text message with the code. Enter the same code at the textbox and you are done!
