How to open another ebay seller account?

I had 3 ebay seller accounts, one of them got suspended so all of them went down too. I tried opening many other accounts and everytime, they get me. This time, I used my brothers name and opened an paypal account with his name. I used a different phone number and address and computer and internet service. It was ok for a week or so and then BAM, they got me again. This time, I was going to use a totally different name and address and phone number and computer. But the problem is, I do not have another bank account to open a paypal account. How would I open another paypal account without a bank account? Any tips. Please help, I sell on ebay to pay off my college expenses and it really took a load off of my shoulders by doing so. PLEASE!!!

Instead of trying to dodge them - as they're going to figure it out *again* - dispute whatever reason they gave for shutting your account down in the first place. Assuming of course you weren't doing things against the terms and conditions or are scamming people, etc. If you were clearly in violation of the rules, you'll just have to accept they do not want the likes of you using their site. Use craigslist or your local classifieds. Being able to use a site is a privilege - not a right.
