They also did my SEO and got my website into google, bing, ask, yahoo, and other search engines and were able to quadruple traffic from the way my website was before.

Color scheme is rather odd. Blue is too blue. Pops too much. Every thing feels boxy. Try changing the style of the site. It needs to be more sleek. I recommend looking at some very well developed sites, and styling it after those.
