Difference between 'Accounting and Finance' and 'Accounting and finance management'?

Looking to do an 'Accountancy' or an 'Accountancy and Finance' course in university next year. However, I do not always find universities that offer the course but when I do, instead of it being the actual course 'accounting and finance' I was always seem to see the course 'accounting and finance MANAGEMENT' either there instead or next to it.If that makes sense...

In 'finance management', one also deals with various techniques of financial analysis: - Project Appraisal(Technical, Commercial, Economic, Financial, Managerial Competence feasibility) - Project evaluation techniques: Internal Rate of Return, External Rate of Return, Net Present Value, Pay-back method, Discounted cash flows, break-even point, etc. - Ratio analysis - Valuation of shares. - Functioning of stock markets, etc. 4.
