actually you can't upload pictures to google images directly. it's a search engine which automatically adds pictures from websites to its database. IF you want your images to be in google images then simply upload them on any website like facebook, picasa, flickr, google+ or any of your own websites or blog etc . It will be automatically added to google images when googlebot reach that website :)

It does not work that way, Google discovers images that have been uploaded to other sites, you will have the best luck giving the image a descriptive file name and alt text that will match text searchs.
