Why won't my Sub/Amp work?

Can someone please explain why my USB stick wont work on SS USB port?

  • Can someone please explain why my USB stick wont work on SS USB port? isnt SS meant to be super speed, if so why doesnt my usb memory stick or iPhone cable work in there. as soon as i put them in they work and turn off after 30 secs and says FAT in my computer. BUT if i use a cooler pad or a usb vacuum they work normaly. is it meant to do this or are they faulty? i recently had the motherboard and usb ports changed for new ones because of this problem. but its come back again on the new parts? the laptop is a xps l702x i think all drivers are installed as on the device manager i cant see any yellow '!' if someone has a link to which driver i need could you let me know please
