Please tell me if this is a good workout schedule to prepare me for BUDs and if not give me suggestions?

I need to know if this is a good workout schedule and when can i throw in swimming and weights please give me detailed answers and suggestions and please know what your talking about Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Pull ups 3 sets of how many i can do non stop Push ups 5 sets of how many i can do Core workout 3 sets of 50 situps plus any other workout like crunches heel touches etc Tuesdays/Thursdays: long distance runs/ 10 100 meter sprints (depending on the week) Saturday: Calisthenics/Jump training Please tell me when can i throw in swimming and i played basketball, soccer, and baseball all my life until high school so i know about team work but is it worth if i join swim team? What about track?

more running, every other day, and you have to swim. Get in a pool with weights and put them on the bottom, practice getting them. You got to be super comfortable in the water, if not your done for. So get there. Go to the marines or Navy's website Most have some training tools to pre you for the schools. Also ruck march. Go to a army surplus store, and get a ruck sack. Put about 50 lbs of cloths in it, so the weight is even and work your way up to around 10 to 15 miles. Do 5 a week then 10 etc. good luck

I could layout all kinds of physical training regiments but I suggest you go to the US Navy Seal site on the internet and look at their recommended physical fitness levels you need to be at just to attend the Pre BUDS physical conditioning program...it is quite vigorous and all BUDS students are required to attend and pass it before you are even scheduled for BUDS.
