Wine, wine U dirty skunk

more running, every other day, and you have to swim. Get in a pool with weights and put them on the bottom, practice getting them. You got to be super comfortable in the water, if not your done for. So get there. Go to the marines or Navy's website Most have some training tools to pre you for the schools. Also ruck march. Go to a army surplus store, and get a ruck sack. Put about 50 lbs of cloths in it, so the weight is even and work your way up to around 10 to 15 miles. Do 5 a week then 10 etc. good luck

I could layout all kinds of physical training regiments but I suggest you go to the US Navy Seal site on the internet and look at their recommended physical fitness levels you need to be at just to attend the Pre BUDS physical conditioning program...it is quite vigorous and all BUDS students are required to attend and pass it before you are even scheduled for BUDS.
