Is the viagogo website safe?

Viagogo question?! please help?!?

• i bought some tickets (for an event in june) from viagogo and basically i was going to have a look at the order status on the website when it said i needed the transaction number so i went to look in my emails and i couldn't find the email confirming the purchas etc, but i dont remember deleting it, but i must have deleted it. so obviously i cannot view this, but when i've logged into my account and looked at purchases it it saying " no purchases" but i wondered if this is just because i havent entered my transaction number (even though they are on different pages) will i be able to get my transaction number by ringing viagogo? i managed to find the number online but it doesn't open until 10AM tomorrow so I will have to wait until then!:( someone please help! they have taken the money out of my account so i know i have definately paid. thanks :)
