    If you do not have a sleep disorder it should be really easy by closing your eyes and thinking about something. If you still have trouble sleeping try each and every one of the positions: http://www.flatseats.com/images/sleep-types.gif Find which one you find most comfortable. If it makes you feel better get a body pillows if you sleep foetus or yearner. Then try different pillows, some more puffier then others. then when you find the correct position and feel comfortable, close your eyes, don't open them, think about something, and you should drift off. Hope I helped! Edit: If this didn't work try going to bed 2 hours earlier and waking up 2 hours earlier, to get some time to get less sleepy before school.

when u get into bed, relax and get comfortable, close ur eyes, and then start listening to the sound and rhythm of ur breathing. Dont think about it, just do it. Try it and see..
