HELP!!!!!!! I Need A Summer Camp Packing List?

Im going to summer camp for a week and need a packing list for a teenage girl. No food or electronics allowed. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! My camp is outdoors in Maine and is called Camp Juliette Low. I am really bad at packing and while they give a packing list I'm not sure if it's accurate. If I left anything out just go to cjl.org Thanks!
