How can I get an entry level roustabout or roughneck position on an oil rig without prior experience?

how do i obtain experience? I heard North Dakota has entry level jobs?! im 27 reside in redondo beach, ca. super fit. college educated. and willing to travel. no criminal background. non smoker/alcohol/ drug and disease free. any advice is appreciated? last guy responded here said there's entry level roustabout jobs in north dakota.. ok, who shall i contact?
