How can one know when it is the right time to get married.?

  • I never wanted to get married. Never being able to see me changing my last name. I been asked to be married 3 times and I rejected them and ended up walking away from a year or two of companionship. One day I was walking with my boyfriend and we happened upon a stainless steal ring store. I looked at my boyfriends face and I walked over and picked 2 plain $10 dollar rings up (I could afford to pay more) for them. I got on my knee and asked him to marry me. We had been together only 3 months compared to the years i had been with other guys. I knew he was the one somehow. My question is when should we get married its been 4 months and we call each other wife and husband. I love it I want to spend the rest of my life with this guy. I never thought I could feel this about anyone. There is no book or specific way to know when to. I just need a guidelines. I have no clue. Im afraid this stress is going to freak me out and I am just going to walk out on this opportunity to have this amazing guy. I love him and he loves me and these 7 months have felt like years and years.
