Do they tell you when you get an interview?

Is there a way to tell I didn't get the job through out the course of an interview?

  • I had one the other day and I feel like I did well overall, giving good answers overall. I did say "um" while thinking if an answer sometimes, and I'm afraid some of my answers weren't long enough like the standard "why should we hire you question at the end". Throughout the interview they were nice people. They had smiles on their faces and that good stuff.
