How to change your name on Facebook without it being rejected?

Facebook won't let me change my name?

  • I want to change my name on facebook but it won't work. I have never changed my name on facebook I have had it for about a year or so. When ever I want to change my name it says "Your name change request has been rejected by our automated approval system." it always says that. But I have never changed my name ever. Please help

    when it says that, that means you are using a word that is not a name - on facebook, you are expected to use your real name, not something like "smart guy" or something because "smart" is not a name
