For something Like that you pretty much have a collage going on. Best way to do it take a bunch of pictures of yourself. can either be in the same location or different locations doesn't' matter it's up to you. Be sure to highlight certain parts of your body like what the guy did with his arms so that you can arrange them in an order that makes sense. look at how the guy did his and how he arranged his arms to make it spell out "I <3 U !" and see if you can do something similar. Then what you do is get your self a photo editing program like Photoshop or GIMP (which is free by the way). Locate the crop tool. Set it to crop your images into perfect squares by certain dimensions, such as 500 px X 500 px, or 5 in X 5 in, how ever big you want them to be. Then once you do that crop all your pictures so that your highlighting yourself in the picture and cutting out the surrounding space. Once you have them all cropped create a new file, make it really big, then just copy and paste all your newly cropped pictures onto that file. Once you do that and you've organized however you want, go back to the crop tool. if the settings you placed before are still in effect erase them. Crop out any negative space you may have and then you're done. easy as that. If you need any more help just ask and I'll make a video tutorial you can watch.
