Can I use itunes in my Pc and itunes in my ipod Touch in downloading apps?

i'm just new to apple techs... well,all of my apps has been eventually deleted (or just anywhere else on my computer but i dont know where) because of syncing.. i downloaded two apps from itunes (PC) and tried to transfer it but it says there that it will replace all of the apps in my ipod with only these two.. but because of over eagerness and assuming that it would be just fine, i selected "YES" and the syncing started then suddenly all of my apps in my ipod was gone. The apps on my ipod was originally downloaded thru wi-fi but not with the use of itunes (PC)..so how to use both??? or i should stick only to one option: Gonna download apps from itunes (PC) or download apps thru (iPod plus WIFI)

as long as the iPod is linked with the same account you bought the apps on, just go into app store on iPod, and download them, they will not charge you again if you're on the SAME account
