I can't remember this song.

Cant remember a song?

i cant remember this song from my child hood. but i can remember the music video. it was back when MTV played music vids all the time and i'd watch it before goin to school in ele and middle school. ok so... the band is playing on a platform in what looks like a city. the setting is set to look like winter and theyre playing in front of a building and their logo is a spider. the singer is i believe bald and he is playing with the band on the platform and the fans are below the platform cheering and at a certain point in the video a flag with the spider logo drops down the side of the building theyre playing in front of. i cant remember it for the life of me.. i hope you can help
