Whats the most inportant thing to you about ur job?

am in a dilema, i have started a new job part time, as a supervisor of cleaners better money than my last job and more say. my last job was a mental health support worker on minium wage also part time, i left but they have asked me to come back, on my old contract of working tues, wed and thurs, the job i currenltly have is working 4 days aweek. with benefits of a mobile phone and petrol paid. i like both jobs, but i cannot decide, what are ur thoughts whats important to you with regards to ur job
