How to trace a pension?

I am on the disability support pension.?

  • If i move in with my partner who is on a private police pension as he was hurt on duty and can no longer work, is his pension considered income the same as it would be if he was working and thus lower my pension. The reason i am asking is because a friend told me that you can live as a couple and both be on the pension and i didn't know this. Her and her husband are both on disability and the get a pension as a couple. Would it be the same with my partner and me as his pension is a private pension. I just want to know. Regards Jean.

  • Answer:

It depends which country you are living in Britain has far better pension than Australia where I live... America seems to be the meanest place for poor people to live... The Scandinavian countries look after their pensioners best of all
