What is a good longboard for a beginner?

i have been interested in buying a longboard ever since my friend let me ride his longboard. i was wondering what some good longboards would be for under 100-110 bucks. ive been thinking about getting either the arbor koa or bamboo pintail, landyachtz bamboo totem or bamboo pinner, neversummer tyrant, or the gravity dropkick. i wil mostly be doing carving and bombing small hills but dont plan on going over 30 mph. Please reply!
