How to run test in parallel in multiple nodes?

I am preparing for a mile and half fitness test that is in 2 days, should I run tonight and tomorrow?

    It depends on how much you run to begin with . When I do the PFT (which is what im assuming this is for) I generally do an easy 4 or 5 two days out, than do a 1-2 mile jog with some pacework mixed in and alot of stretching. The morning of I usually wake up an hour or so early and do a quick 10 min warm up and stretch. It really depends on how you feel. If you do to much you will be sore If you do to little you will feel like crap the day of.
