1. Animated pics are in GIF-format...ie (------.gif). Yahoo does not allow *gifs, only JPEGS, JPGS, 2. Twitter allows *gifs format pic files for their user profiles - So get yourself a Twitter account and upload the GIF (max file size is 700kb) 3. Link your Twitter Account with Yahoo!Pulse (go to the Yahoo!Pulse setting --> http://profile.yahoo.com/y/settings/linked-accounts/ ) 4. Within 24 hrs, the Twitter account pic (your animated GIF) will be selectable as your Yahoo!Answer pic.
