How do you call the philippines with yahoo messenger?

Skype,yahoo international video call?

  • Me and my wife use skype and yahoo messenger to video call each other but the quality is very terrible. her webcam is frozen until the end of our chat, and the microphone makes no sense at all. it's like we are just chatting by typing without actually seeing and hearing each other. it's useless. i am in london and she is in philippines. what seems to be the problem? is it the connection or the computer?. what is the minimum speed of internet for us to resolve the problem?. anyone can help please..

    It could be your computer (slow PC) or slow internet connection. Usually it works very good in 512Kbps. I would suggest to try voice call first and check the quality. Have you tried tango video calls or oovoo ?
