Why can't I view video on Yahoo?

Ever since Yahoo changed I am unable to view email videos. How can I correct this so that I can view the video?

  • When I am only in Yahoo and I open an email that contains a video attachment and then click to view the video player a 'Windows Media Player box' comes on the screen. When I click 'OPEN' on the Windows Media Player I get a message that states "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The player might not support the file or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file". When I am in my Shaw email account I can open any file.So it appears to be a Yahoo issue. Can anyone help me or provide some advice on how to correct this???? ...... - Ray

    Looks like you need a program to read the videos I use Adobe Reader you can get a free download at http://adobe.com

Try going to Mail Options in your Yahoo Mail, and look at the video options. If the boxes are unchecked, check them - and vice versa. You'll be watching videos in no time!
