the HD 5670 1 GB GDDR5 is better card.however look for HD 6670 with GDDR5 memory.that will be better choice as it is faster than HD 5670 GDDR5 model. you will be able to play most of the games at that resolution with medium-high settings but not all of them.

The 5670 is going to be hard to find any more, Tom's hardware has the other two cards as a tie for best CPU @ $70. I personally would go with the ATI, time and again they have proven themselves to me as having the better drivers.
