How do I prepare for my mock trial?

Evidence, proof and argument. How to prepare pre-trial legal argument?

  • Hi there everyone, I have taken evidence as a subject in my LLB course at uni, and for our coursework we have to prepare a pre-trial legal argument to the judge 'applying to admit evidence relating to the finding of the knife in David Parker's locker at school as bad character evidence'. The case is R v Duncan Moore. I was just wondering if there are any experienced barristers or even other students out there who are good at this type of thing to give any good pointers to get extra marks? Any good advice you could give me on how to structure it well? Thanks ;)
