How to get mobile scrollbar width?

What Width Skateboard Should I Get ?

  • i am 6 feet tall . size 13 shoes. im buying a skateboard online and dont know which width to get. Some people say 8 is good but im not sure. Im not a complete beginner so i dont need a wide board for feel and such , i used to be able to ollie and kickflip. I dont want a wide board because im trying to do more street stuff, more flip tricks. so what width ? and length if you know

  • Answer:

i would go 7.75. I have the same size shoes as you and it works out well for me. When you get into 8 it makes it more difficult to kickflip, heelflip and other flip tricks. But that's just my opinion, it's different from skater to skater, some like wider boards. But you sound similar to me so 7.75 is a good happy medium between too big 8 and too small 7.5.

Honestly you don't have to go by how big your feet are. Go to your local skate shop and ask to look at a few boards that are different sizes. Stand on them and whichever feels best and most comfortable you should get, it's all personal preference.

board size is personal preference, im 5'8 and have size 11 feet and ride an 8" deck, just pick a size board and ride it and when u get a new one try a different size and see if there is a difference

I use an 8 for my size 14 feet, so yeah, you probably could use a 7.75.
